The Akuvox S535 is a smart access control terminal engineered for professional security deployments across condominiums, apartment complexes, office spaces, gated residential communities, and industrial facilities. Built around a Linux operating system with an aluminum front panel and a 5-inch IPS LCD touchscreen, the S535 delivers a responsive and intuitive user interface. Multi-way access is supported through facial recognition, EM/Mifare/DesFire (EV2/EV3)/Felica cards, PIN codes, BLE (Bluetooth 5.0), and QR code scanning, with a capacity of up to 20,000 users and 20,000 face templates. The integrated 2MP wide-angle camera with HDR technology captures video at up to 1080p resolution at 30 fps, while two-way audio communication over IP networks features echo cancellation, voice activation detection, and a comfort noise generator for clear visitor-intercom interactions. SIP and ONVIF compliance ensure seamless integration with third-party video components, NVRs, and existing VoIP infrastructures. Housed in an IP66 and IK08 rated enclosure, the terminal operates reliably in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°F to 131°F (-40°C to +55°C), making it suitable for outdoor and high-traffic environments.
